Local aviation authorities said the accident occurred at 6:45 local time near SuwaihanNahel, a village surrounded by farmland, or about 45 miles (72 km) south of Dubai,Sunday, April 25, 2010.

Kollar said the accident was caused by the change of wind suddenly blew the balloonand make it slid straight and fell to the ground.

"This is caused by a sudden wind change," said Kollar. "Balloons do not fall from thesky, but accidents happen during landing," he said.
The company has also delayed the flight until a few days during the aviation authoritiesinvestigating the accident. Kollar also reinforce the company is working with localresearchers to conduct investigations.
